1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and KIP Networks ("we," "our," or "us") and govern your access to and use of our websites, mobile applications, and services, including Paranormius (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the Services with the consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Virtual Credits and In-App Purchases

Some Services offer virtual credits that can be purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play, or earned through activity in the app. Credits are consumable digital items subject to the following:

• No monetary value: credits are not money, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash.
• License, not property: credits are a limited, revocable license to access features within the Services.
• Billing: purchases are processed by Apple or Google under their own terms; prices are displayed before you confirm a purchase.
• Refunds: except where required by applicable law or the store's refund policies, purchases of credits are final and non-refundable.
• Changes: we may modify the price, availability, or functionality of credits at any time; credits already credited to your balance will keep working within the Services.

5. User Content

The Services let you publish stories, photos, videos, locations, comments, and other content ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content. By publishing it, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute it solely to operate and improve the Services.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that you have the rights necessary to publish it.

6. Community Rules and Prohibited Conduct

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. You agree not to publish or do any of the following:

• Content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or that incites violence.
• Impersonating another person or misrepresenting your affiliation with anyone.
• Spam, fraud, scams, or unauthorized commercial activity.
• Uploading content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
• Interfering with the operation or security of the Services, or accessing them by automated means without permission.

The Services provide tools to report content and block users. We review reports and may remove content and eject offending users at our discretion.

7. Events and Experiences Organized by Users

Some features allow users to organize or join in-person events and experiences. These are organized by their respective hosts, not by KIP Networks. We do not supervise or guarantee any event, and you attend at your own risk. Use common sense and comply with local laws when attending or organizing events.

8. Entertainment Disclaimer

Content in the Services related to paranormal topics — including stories, locations, tools, and sensor-based features — is provided for entertainment purposes only. We make no claims as to the accuracy, scientific validity, or veracity of such content.

9. Intellectual Property

The Services, including their design, logos, code, and content we create, are the property of KIP Networks or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the rights expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, KIP Networks shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Services. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or where required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including licenses to User Content already published, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will survive.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Services or by other reasonable means. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Mexico City, Mexico, unless mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence provide otherwise.
